ABOUT ME

Evelyn Webpic.jpg

I am a Clinical Psychologist (M.Sc., Ph.D.) licensed by the Arizona Board of Psychologist Examiners. I have 17 years of experience helping adults navigate through anxiety, depression, and unhelpful patterns of coping with stress and negative life experiences such as trauma.

I believe therapy works best when it is collaborative. My style is supportive, practical, and structured. I use scientifically supported treatments and tailor therapy to the unique needs and goals of each individual.  My goal is also to provide a comfortable environment where clients can make progress toward the goals that brought them to therapy.

What I continue to appreciate most about this work is that no two people are exactly alike. Every person brings a unique history, perspective, strengths, and challenges. After many years in practice, I still find this work both meaningful and rewarding.

Outside of my practice, I enjoy exploring Arizona, spending time outdoors when the weather permits, reading, and watching movies. I also love animals and support organizations dedicated to their humane care and welfare.
